System and network administrator (m/f)
In the Managed Services Network & OS team
You will expect this tasks:
- Ensuring the operation of our in-house IT infrastructure
- Implementation of security scans and corresponding implementation of various security parameters
- Targeted analysis and correction of problems and error messages
- Change and Incident Management
- System administrative activities on customer systems (e.g. server installation / updates / patches in the Linux / Unix and Windows environment, storage, network).
What you already bring with you:
- A successfully completed IT degree or a successfully completed IT-related vocational training and at least 3 years of professional experience
- Many years of good experience in Windows and / or Linux (Ubuntu, Debian)
- good experience in the administration of MS Exchange, Windows Domain Services and LDAP
- good knowledge of network and firewall administration
- fluent knowledge of German language
- English skills
- Teamwork and high motivation.
- high level of commitment and willingness to learn.
Ideally, you already have experience in the following areas:
- Configuration and operation of heterogeneous server landscapes (Windows, Linux)
- Supervision of the monitoring system (e.g. check_MK, Nagios or Oracle Cloud Control)
- Virtualization (e.g. Proxmox VE, VMware)
- Bash scripting as well as in programming languages, e.g. Perl, python, or Java
