Erwin Rossgoderer studied Electrical Engineering in Nuremberg. The graduate engineer founded in 1991 together with Herbert Rossgoderer the company ISE GmbH and has been taken care of sustainable growth of the company since then. Through his planned foresight and his corporate skill, the success story could be continued also during times of difficult economic situations. As Managing Partner he is responsible for commercial issues, Human Resources and the company strategy.

Herbert Rossgoderer studied Computer Engineering in Nuremberg. The Master of Science in Computer Science has been a popular expert in the area of big Oracle Database systems for years and has a very good reputation concerning performance-tuning and architecture questions around the Oracle RDBMS. He found together with Erwin Rossgoderer the company ISE in 1991, that has now been working for many of the German TOP 100 companies since then. As Managing Partner he is responsible for the technical strategy, the coordination of the biggest customer projects and partnerships.
